A: Yes, please download displaylink app to install driver for the AB display mode at Mac OS., please check with the user manual for detail steps. Windows system no need to install the driver.
Q: Why the touching reacts wrong in my windows system laptop?
A: Please follow up the user manual to calibrate the touching in your laptop. Then it will reacts correct in each touching screen.
Q: Does Z15WT support for the fill up mode, which is set the two screens into one display?
A: No, Z15WT doesnot support for the "Fill Mode".
Q: Is that only TYPE C connection supported the AB display mode?
A: Yes, only type c connection supports the separate display in dual screen. HDMI connection can only support for the clone mode, which means the two screens display the same.
Q: Can I just use a type c to type c cable to connect the Z15WT and my laptop?
A: Yes, one type c to type c cable can support the connection with Z15WT, while it can not be full brightness and volume. Normally we recommend to power by the monitor with our 65W charger, then it can charge your laptop in reverse.
